How does our Guarantee work?

We guarantee that you’ll have an exceptional experience traveling with us! Our team takes pride in staying up-to-date on the experiences, hotels, and restaurants in the destinations we cover, and our trip designers are trained in providing the best custom itineraries possible — all so you don’t have to experience the time-consuming hassle of travel planning yourself.

But mistakes can still happen, and while we only send you to places we’ve thoroughly vetted, researched, and experienced ourselves, traveling by nature has some unavoidable uncertainties. Perhaps the guide for your Milan food tour felt under-the-weather that day? Or the chef at our go-to Paris restaurant had an off-day? It’s impossible to account for every second of every day, but we do want to take responsibility for any mistakes we make and ensure you are happy on your trip.

 Here are specific circumstances in which we will work with you to make it right.


After your trip designer has delivered your Travelsment itinerary, but before your trip:

Our team will work with you to update and rework your itinerary until you’re happy. If you’re still unsatisfied at the conclusion of the process, we’ll match you with a new trip designer who will make sure your itinerary includes everything you’re looking for. We’re 100% confident that we can create a travel plan that you’ll be excited for, and we’ll work with you until you’re happy.

After your trip has commenced:

If you’re still unsatisfied with any components of the trip experience, we can offer you two options:

  • A partial ($50) refund on your current trip plus a voucher for 5% off your next trip
  • A voucher for 10% off your future Travelsment trip.

Trip cancellations:

All refundable trip components will be refunded back to you. For non- refundable components we will help to file a claim with the travel insurance company assuming the cancelation reason is covered and we will follow up with them to ensure you will be refunded.
